Post-Processing Protocol
1. Print & Shake
Shake resin bottle thoroughly before pouring. Select correct exposure profile (e.g. 2.5s @ 50µm) for your 405nm LCD printer.
2. Isopropyl Solvent Wash
Submerge printed parts in 99% IPA for 3 to 5 minutes using an ultrasonic or wash chamber to dissolve liquid resin.
3. UV Light Post-Curing
Dry parts completely with compressed air, then cure in a 405nm UV chamber for 10–20 minutes to reach maximum mechanical properties.
