Packhouse Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  4. Hermetic Seal: Press out air from headspace, twist liner top firmly 4 times, and secure tightly with rubber band or cable tie.
  5. Reefer Stowing: Maintain 13.5°C setpoint in reefer container with continuous fresh air ventilation.
